Note to Windows installers:

• the Visual Studio C++ Redistributable is required to run Dot.
• An Nvidia GPU and CUDA toolkit 12.2 are required for GPU acceleration.
• Windows defender might get a bit spooked, but Dot is an open source project and code signing is expensive. Please feel free to check the source code on GitHub :)
